Membership is open to the public and private educational institutions in Southeast Asian countries* at all levels consisting of kindergarten/primary/secondary schools, vocational and technical schools/colleges, polytechnics, universities, special needs education schools, and non-formal education who must be accredited by the government of each respective country.
